Ing. Ľubomír Vais
Ľubomír is the main father of the idea to build a strong group of companies providing complete services in the field of construction and real estate. His entrepreneurial instinct, his ability to put together a strong team of professionals in his fields and his life credo "Every problem is a disguised opportunity" are the basis for decisions that have always moved individual companies and the entire group to further development.
His professional achievements were not long in coming. 4 years after graduating from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Technical University in Košice in 1990 he became the youngest leader of the Technical Supervision group in the Stavoinvest investor-engineering organization. This was followed by the establishment of the engineering and design company Karea, which in 1992 designed and managed the first supermarket in Košice, the Squash and Sports Center in 1994 and also prepared its first smaller development projects.
He continued this experience 2 years after he arrived in the Czech Republic. With a vision to prepare and implement projects with functional and architectural added value, he founded the first of the group's companies - EBM - Expert Building Management in 1998.
Between 1998 and 2011, Ľubomír Vais even with his company participated in many interesting projects - directed design company further example companies Plaza Centers in Prague and Pilsen, prepared and implemented the first phase of the residential complex Klimkovičova in Kosice, Slovak and more.
The results of hard work and the market situation in 2011 led him to found EBM Partner and to begin the idea of senior projects, which he had been considering since 1997. Subsequently, GrandPark, a registered provider of social services, expanded the group, as well as the general contractor EBM Construct and two service companies EBM Rent and EBM Office. After the sale of GrandPark, Ľubomír would focus primarily on the further development of EBM Partner, preparation of other interesting projects and investment diversification. All this with maximum use of the benefits resulting from synergy effects in the EBM Group, which he built with his team.
