BD Novostrašnická

The successful project of the Novostrašnická apartment building started the way to other cooperative housing projects. EBM Partner, a founding member of the Novostrašnická Housing Cooperative, prepared and subsequently built an apartment building with 40 apartments, five studios and three commercial premises in Novostrašnická Street in Prague 10. Our decision to follow cooperative housing combined with a suitable location and favourable price proved not only correct but also very successful, as the sale of apartments far exceeded the original assumptions. All residential and non-residential units were sold six months before the building approval, despite the ongoing real estate crisis. In the summer of 2014, the project was completed and the units were handed over to the cooperatives for use.
