CBS Pardubice

In Pardubice, we prepared the Home for the Elderly project with the Alzheimercentrum company. The new home for about 170 clients in the Polabina district on a beautiful plot of land adjacent to a park with a pond yet in the middle of a residential area near the city centre. We provided the project completely in all phases of preparation and subsequent implementation with companies from the EBM Group. The design work and all permits required for the construction were supplied by EBM Expert, the construction was entrusted to EBM Construct. The project developer is EBM Partner.
