Engerth is located in the basic settlement unit Ostrovec above a gardener's colony surrounded by forest on three sides. 82 apartments will be built on plots of land with an area of 8,000 m2 near the Kladno-Ostrovec railway station, the future departure station for high-speed trains to Prague.
The expressway, which will start construction in 2022 and be completed in 2028, will provide a continuous connection to the center of the capital. You can reach Masaryk station in Prague comfortably in 30 minutes.
